🌻From being freshers to "organizing Freshers" what an incredible full-circle moment🌻 Just a year ago, we were the ones nervously stepping into the unknown, excited for all the new experiences college had to offer. Now, we've gone from that wide-eyed batch to the ones working behind the scenes to "organize Gargi College Freshers’ 2024". It's a responsibility we don’t take lightly, as we want to create the same magic for the new students that we felt on our Freshers' Day. This transformation—from being guided to now being the guides—has been eye-opening. It's taught us the importance of leadership, teamwork, and giving back to the community that welcomed us so warmly. Here’s what we want the freshers to take away: 👉Welcome the new journey: Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone—this is your time to grow. 👉Build lasting connections: The friendships you make here will stay with you long after college ends. 👉Stay engaged: Make the most of every opportunity; college is about learning, but also about the experiences you collect along the way. 👉Be yourself: This is a new chapter, so embrace who you are and don’t hesitate to showcase your uniqueness. From being freshers to now "organizing Freshers", it’s been a rewarding journey. Tomorrow, as everything falls into place, we hope to create unforgettable memories for the new batch, just as our seniors did for us. How was your experience as freshers? #gargicollege #universityofdelhi #du #freshers

Campus placement (Engineering or offline training institute) along with 2-4 years bond is one of the reasons for low salary in India. If the company is not in the Metro city , the duration can increase. I think good embedded software folks should be able to get salary as per min 4LPA x number of years. This multiplier can be 7LPA for MNC product based company . If someone gets a development job , still s/he can get better salary in next job after proper preparation. We all have dynamic memory which needs refreshing. We utilised 2nd October holiday and covered one major portion of Baremetal training yesterday. We took just a 10 min break in the four hour LASW workshop. I had created a mix agenda so it was interesting for all. If everyone attend session till end, I don't ask for feedback. Topics included Linker script, boot level latency, Startup code , Assembly basics and clocking architecture. Since only one month left to try for job , we are trying to move the course bit faster but without any shortcut. We also did one hour live session in the evening, so total 5 hour live session in a day. LASW workshop was open for non-Embekari students as well. October batch has a mixture of MS, CDAC, Vector India background folks . There are working professionals from hardware design, Application engineering, software development, Production and testing. Have a Great day ! #embedded with #embedkari #opentowork #salarybadhao #5dayweek

Empowering the Next Generation in Manufacturing In manufacturing, the knowledge and skills we pass on can be as valuable as the products we create. One of the most impactful things experienced professionals can do is help freshers build a strong foundation in the industry. When we share our insights on manufacturing topics, we’re not only boosting their learning curve but strengthening the future of our field. Here’s why this matters: 1. Accelerated Learning: Freshers gain much faster when they learn from seasoned professionals who provide real-world perspectives beyond textbooks. 2. Encouraging Innovation: Sharing our experiences helps them avoid common pitfalls and frees them up to innovate and challenge norms safely and confidently. 3. Building Industry Resilience: A well-prepared new generation ensures continuity, adaptability, and resilience in the workforce, crucial in today’s rapidly evolving manufacturing landscape. 4. Fostering Professional Bonds: Guiding freshers builds networks that benefit both mentors and mentees, enriching our community with diversity and fresh ideas. Let’s continue this cycle of growth by mentoring and supporting those who will shape the future of manufacturing. After all, the stronger the next generation, the brighter our industry’s future. 🌟 #Manufacturing #Mentorship #FutureOfWork #IndustryInnovation

My thoughts on the skill gap in the Semiconductor space featured. Huge potential for the youth to capitalise the gap here and sieze the opportunity!
By 2027, the #semiconductor industry will face a shortage of 250,000 to 300,000 professionals in research and development, design, manufacturing, and advanced packaging. By integrating theoretical education with practical training, #degreeapprenticeships help bridge this talent gap, providing industries with access to a highly qualified workforce. Speaking to Business Standard, our Chief Executive Officer, Ramesh Alluri Reddy, highlighted that building an ecosystem for high-value activities and developing a competent workforce through training programs and degree #apprenticeships is essential for establishing India as a significant player in the semiconductor industry. "𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰’𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞, 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐞." I had the incredible opportunity to be a motivational speaker at an induction program for engineering freshers, and my heart is filled with happiness 💖. While I conduct and attend many workshops, there’s something uniquely special about addressing students. It’s one of my favorite experiences because it gives me a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Engaging with young minds eager to learn, grow, and shape their futures 🌱✨ is a profound experience that leaves a lasting impact. The energy and curiosity of these students remind me of the endless possibilities that lie ahead for them 🚀. It’s a privilege to play even a small part in their journey, offering guidance and motivation as they step into this new chapter 📖. Knowing that my words might inspire them to reach their full potential brings immense satisfaction and contentment. Every time I address students, I’m reminded of the power of education and the importance of nurturing the next generation 🌍. It makes me feel like I’m contributing to something much bigger—shaping the future. Thank you to all the students for their enthusiasm and to the institution for the opportunity to connect with such bright minds. The future looks promising! 🎓🌟 #Motivation #ShapingTheFuture #Engineering #Motivationalspeaker #EngineeringFreshers #InspiringTheNextGen #FutureLeaders #ShapingMinds #EmpoweringStudents #StudentSuccess #NewBeginnings #GrowthMindset #EducationMatters

Date : 29/12/2022 🎉 Throwback to My First Year: Crowned Miss Freshers!🎉 Reflecting on the early days of my B.Tech journey at Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering for Women, one standout moment was being crowned **Miss Freshers (CSM) ** during our Freshers' Day celebration. The competition was a two-round event that tested not just our talents but also our ability to think critically and respond under pressure: **1. Talent Round **- I chose to showcase my passion for music by singing, which secured my place in the final round. **2. Interview Round **- In this round, I faced a series of challenging questions crafted by my seniors and faculty, similar to those in major pageants like Miss India. These questions assessed our interpersonal skills, decision-making abilities, and how we handled hypothetical situations. It was an opportunity to demonstrate not just knowledge but also character, confidence, and clarity of thought. ** Final Decision **- The faculty cast their votes privately, and I was honored to be selected as the winner by a majority vote. Winning this title was more than just a recognition of talent; It was a significant milestone in my personal and professional growth. It reinforced my belief in the importance of staying composed under pressure, thinking on my feet, and always presenting my best self. I’m grateful for the support and encouragement from my seniors, faculty, and classmates, and I carry the lessons from this experience with me as I continue my journey in engineering. #Throwback #FreshersDay #Achievement #BTech #StudentLife #ProfessionalGrowth #InterpersonalSkills #Leadership
