But the truth is, what grabs attention isn’t how it works; it’s what it does for your customer. Example: ❌ Feature-first: “Our new formula contains aloe vera.” ✅ Benefit-first: “Achieve spotless skin with our new aloe vera formula.” Starting with the benefit draws people in and gets them thinking about how your product will improve their lives.
