Mentorship has been a significant part of my career growth. When I joined KEYENCE INDIA PVT. LTD. In 2013, I was only an individual with 1 year of training who came after his MBA. I was not a disciplined person, not good at team management, or an expert in sales. I was simply a fast learner who was hungry to gain knowledge. My seniors and mentors guided me throughout since Day 1. At the same time, I unlearned and learned things consistently. After 13 years of learning, now, I have become the youngest regional manager at the same firm. So, I wanted to make mentorship a tradition at Keyence India Pvt Ltd and I did. Now, several junior employees who want to grow their careers faster, become leaders in future or are hungry for more experiences, get direct mentorship sessions from the leadership team. It has been a key to transformation not only for the career growth of employees but also shaped an excellent company culture. As a commerce student, I've always been fascinated by the business side of things.
