NEW PLANT EXPECTED TO BE OPERATIONAL BY 2027, FOCUSING ON DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL MARKETS WITH 50% EXPORT CAPACITY! AIMING EUROPE. Jupiter Wagons Limited (JWL) has announced a significant investment of ₹2,500 crore to enhance production capacity at its subsidiary, Jupiter Tatravagonka Railwheel Factory Private Limited (JTRFPL). The new facility in Odisha aims to boost the production of forged wheelsets from 20,000 to 100,000 units annually, with full operational status expected by 2027. JWL recently rebranded its unit, Bonatrans India Private, to reflect this shift. Managing Director Vivek Lohia emphasized the company's commitment to innovation and excellence, stating that about 50% of the output will cater to international markets, particularly exports to Tatravagonka A.S. in Slovakia and other European clients. This initiative aligns with the "Make in India" program, reinforcing JWL’s position in the global supply chain while enhancing its revenue growth. Despite this positive outlook, the company’s shares faced a slight decline on the national stock exchange. #MYBhubaneswar - Share and stay updated. #jupiterwagons #makeinIndia #JWL #JTRFPL #railwaywheels #EuropeanMarket #globalsupply #jupitertatravagonkarailwheelfactory #Export #BonatransIndiaprivate #Odisha #Bhubaneswar
