When I asked: What motivated you train with me through the Become a Menopause Coach Diploma? Here is what Claire said: “I wanted to learn more about the Menopause and help others. I’d been on a journey myself after having some time away from work – wellbeing break if you will – and luckily had a brilliant GP who recognised symptoms of low-self esteem, lack of confidence, mighty mood swings, brain fog, not to mention weight gain, more aches and running injuries than normal, and I was able to start on a programme of HRT. I wanted to learn more and also wanted to do some learning for myself, personal improvement. It wasn’t related to work at all, but indirectly of course it is related to my work as a People Director. I didn’t even look anywhere else to provide this course – I knew I wanted to work with Lauren – I joined a seminar featuring Lauren during Lockdown and instantly followed Women of a Certain Stage.
