Thanks 2023/24 - Let`s go 2024/25! Internationalization requires the long-term development of local relationships, networks, contacts and means understanding and respecting the respective culture as well as learning from it. A tricky and long-term pathway! Especially for clubs that do not have local offices and employees in their target markets, there are major hurdles to overcome. Hiring new employees, flights or expenses for local agencies entail high start-up costs - which only pay off very slowly. Through our company we are able to provide brands and clubs local networks and corresponding expertise that we have worked hard to acquire with countless trips to Asia, North America and Africa. We have had a great 2023/24 season with our numerous local partners and proudly reached many milestones: * 6 Pro-Clubs activated * 900+ publicated content pieces * 370Mio+ actual media reach * 33 involved club representatives * 10+ activated countries * 2500+ overnight stays inbound * 2000+ Kids trained worldwide The coming season is off to a very powerful start – last week one of our partner clubs signed his first regional sponsor.

Lately, I’ve been getting outreach messages from all over the world. It’s great to see how much effort people put into reaching out, but here’s what I keep noticing: many of these messages feel… off... The issue isn’t culture differences—that’s part of the game. The real problem is tone. People trying to be “straightforward” often come across as blunt or even rude, and it makes me realize just how easily things get lost in translation. When I do my own international outreach, I focus on one thing above all else: how my message is received. A sentence that sounds fine in one place can fall flat in another. So I adapt, keep it real, and respect that different people hear things differently. If you’re reaching out to new markets, remember—it's not just about what you say, but how it lands on the other side.
