"Executive Assistant to CEO"
The role involves managing calendar and travel arrangements, carrying out research and data analysis, preparing reports and presentations to aid in strategic decision-making, organizing meetings, providing support on important logistics-related projects, and representing the organization in events and meetings. It involves liaising with staff in internal departments as well as with external stakeholders and governmental parties in addition to keeping up to date with and reporting on industry trends and news.
Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to CEO including but not limited to following up and reporting on projects, activities and action plans, maintaining records and filing systems.
Coordinate all travel arrangements, such as hotel bookings, flight tickets, the visa issue process, and international transportation as required.
Schedule meetings and appointments, providing agendas and minutes for the meetings and follow up on actions.
Follow up on day-by-day tasks.
Writing professional business correspondence and invitations, managing internal & external communications.
Managing CEO's calendar in a professional way.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Handle multiple tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from private university is preferable
At least 5 Years of experience as a personal assistant.
Pervious experience in logistics or oil and gas industry is a plus
Fluency in English is a MUST.
Resident of Heliopolis or New Cairo is preferable.
Presentable.
Multi-Taskers.
Excellent use of Microsoft office and Outlook
Excellent communication skills.
Professionalism and Discipline.
