“Long years ago, we made a tryst with destiny…” It’s been 77 years since Nehru's famous speech that called for a better future for independent India. This day isn’t just a marker of freedom won in the past; it’s a testament to the ongoing journey toward a more just and equitable society. As we celebrate our nation's freedom today, let's work towards a developed India - Viksit Bharat! A Viksit Bharat where… 🇮🇳Entrepreneurs innovate and grow 🇮🇳Youth are skilled and employed 🇮🇳Infrastructure is modern and sustainable 🇮🇳Communities are inclusive and harmonious 🇮🇳Healthcare reaches every doorstep Independence is more than a historical achievement—it’s a living principle. It’s about the freedom to think, to innovate, and to build the future we envision. It’s the courage to break barriers, to challenge the status quo, and to create opportunities not just for ourselves, but for others as well. Independence empowers us to make decisions that are aligned with our values and long-term vision. It encourages us to take bold steps, to lead with integrity, and to create environments where everyone has the freedom to thrive. Wishing you all a happy Independence Day! 🇮🇳 #IndependenceDay #Leadership #Freedom #Innovation #Unity #Values

I was born 16 years after the British handed over governance of India to Indians and moved out. Yet, the Indians who replaced them never governed Bharat with "Bharatiya Jeevan Paddhatis." Like the British, they ruled us. Their names may have been Bharatiya, but their mindset was British. India was the label given to Bharat by people from foreign lands, and we were expected by the inheritors of British rule to merely continue furthering it. Our politicians, media and our entertainment industry were complicit in this. It is only now that Bharat has shed its colonial mindset and has become the 5th largest economy in the world. And in a world riddled with war and strife, India is the only country that is saying: "This is not the era of war." Bharat has the potential o lead the world. So have the Bharatiyas. A Decolonized Bharat. Without the prison of British Classroom Education. In times to come, we will be one of the biggest markets of the world. Also, one that poses several challenges in shape of newer products and stronger competition. One where the mettle of young managers (a few of them I have the pleasure to teach) will be tested. And I have no doubt that they will come out with flying colors. Happy Independence Day to all. #India #independenceday #Bharat #Bharatiya #August15 #decolonization #managementeducation #mbainstitutes

Bharat's History Setting It's Roots ✨ The History of Bharat has been Magnificent and also Full of Invasions and Battles. Today, PM Narendra Modi inaugurated the Re-Established or Revived Nalanda University. It was a Vision of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. India was an Educational Hub in the 5th Century. But; Mughal and British Invasions made it Worse. Ever wondered why we haven't been taught about Indian History or about the Loss. There's a Famous Saying; By Thomas Macaulay, I won't call someone a lord who believed in dividing India. "I do not think We would ever Conquer this Country, unless we break the very Backbone of this Nation, which is her Spiritual and Cultural Heritage" And that's why he proposed an Education system of their choice to make us Slaves. We have been in a Slavery Mindset till now, whatever the Western Media or Data says is considered Genuine ✔️ That's how Our Market and Investments get Affected. But; Our Own Data and Ground Reality is not even considered by Indians, Why!? 🤷🏻♂️ Can't Indians see the Trolling or False Sayings and don't love their own Motherland. Ancient Nalanda University had so many Manuscripts that it took 3 months in Burning; Can you Imagine the Destruction of Wealth in the form of Knowledge at such scale?? 🤯 Whatever our International Relations are; The only Motive of everyone is to break Indians apart, and stop the Overall Development of the Country. 📈 The Youth have Underdeveloped Mindset just listening to something and believing it's True. Our Heritage and Culture is not taught or discussed because of the same reasons. The Real History about the Bravery of Indian Rulers and Bharat's Legacy as "Sone ki Chidiya". It always showcases that India is Weak, and Other countries are the Best. But this mindset is so Deep that it can't be Changed too 💯💯 Let me know your Thoughts 💭 -------------------------------------------------------- 📌 Follow Tushya Pahuja #history #thoughtleadership #india #education #linkedin

November 14th – a special day in India It is celebrated as Children's Day in honor of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru’s birthday. As India’s first Prime Minister, Pandit Nehru, or "Chacha Nehru" as he was lovingly called, believed that children are the foundation of the nation. His vision for a prosperous India rested on nurturing young minds and empowering them to realize their potential. On this Children’s Day, let’s remember the importance of fostering a growth mindset in our children. In today’s ever-evolving world, a positive attitude toward personal growth equips children to approach challenges with resilience and creativity. Encouraging curiosity, embracing failures as learning moments, and modeling optimism helps them grow into confident, self-driven individuals. As we celebrate this day, let’s commit to: Nurturing Curiosity: Cultivate their innate desire to learn and explore. Celebrating Effort and Learning: Focus on their journey of growth, not just the results. Modeling Resilience: Show them how to overcome challenges with determination and a positive outlook. Honoring Pandit Nehru’s vision, may we continue to inspire and guide our children, empowering them to build a brighter future for India. #November14 #ChildrensDay #JawaharlalNehru #GrowthMindset #FutureLeaders

Every day, I start my day saying, “God is calling me do things that have never been done before.” I start the day with the mindset of a trailblazer. A trailblazer: to be the first to do something; to pioneer; to mark a new path. Why do I support Prime Minister Narendra Modi so strongly? Because the PM is a trailblazer. Chosen and elected to lead and do things that have never been done before, and selflessly for the betterment of the Indian people and for the world. Like what he has done with the #CitizenshipAmendmentAct. A trailblazer is usually misunderstood in their day but later revered in history. A trailblazer carries the weight of a people, a nation, the world. A trailblazer will be judged by the same people they serve, help, liberate. A trailblazer understands the greatest benefit of what they do today will be experienced by many people tomorrow. Carry, on #PMModi. Trailblaze. #CAA is a pathway towards peace. A true act of democracy. And you Aarushi Ranjan, trailblaze. I love seeing young women, as yourself, rise in journalism. Keep shining. You are very sharp and a great ambassador for India.
