Exciting update from our workshop! We’re currently working on an EX3600 digger and leveraging the innovative Pakka Jacks system for a track frame change-out. Due to space constraints, we asked if we could leave the tracks on the floor to easily wrap them when the digger is done and switch to new tracks. Pakka Jacks said no problem! They already have the new track frames ready to glide in seamlessly. This tried-and-true system is a game-changer for us, ensuring safety, efficiency, and minimal downtime. There is a high cost to uneven load distribution and, unfortunately, it's often a hidden cost. Uneven load distribution adds increased stress to truck components, reducing their working life and adding substantial costs to operations. We've heard it countless times; trucks having excessive tyre wear, voiding warranties and requiring premature replacement. But, by using a Mine Payload Scanner, users are given a 3D scan by the system that breaks the truck bin into four quadrants. This provides a valuable visual reference of how the load is sitting in the bin, which can then be used for training and coaching loader operators. This is Nerta's Active Diamond and Bio-Polish. Active Diamond: Apply a single, thick layer of foam over a cool, dry vehicle and allow to dwell for around 1 minute. Using high-pressure water, start cleaning from the bottom to the top with horizontal sweeping motions; or sweep vertically and move backward along the vehicle. Apply the water into the fresh soap, covering all areas. High-pressure rinse all excess soap from the top to the bottom. Bio-Polish: Apply a thin layer of foam over the wet vehicle after washing—no dwell time required. Using high-pressure water, rinse the Bio-Polish off from the top to the bottom. Fast. Easy.
