Plan Early, Plan Smart: Start the planning process well in advance. From securing permits to negotiating construction timelines, having a detailed roadmap will save you from future headaches. 2. Involve Your Team: An office move impacts everyone, so gathering input from staff early on is essential. This week, our team are in Manchester, clearing an office floor with 186 people for storage and redistribution — all with a tight deadline! Our team is working around the clock to ensure everything is cleared by Friday and securely moved into storage for re-distribution. This is just one phase of a much larger project where every detail matters. Next week, we dive straight into the dilapidation process. We’ll be restoring the office to its original condition, which involves removing walls, dismantling fittings, installing new ceilings and laying new carpets, ensuring everything aligns with the contractual requirements.
