The Lifesaving Combat Veteran 501(c)(3) Heroes To Heroes Foundation! Heroes To Heroes Foundation (HTH) is a $1MM nondenominational combat veteran 501(c)3) that provides donors of any amount the ability to make a huge impact on our mission. As an overview, the mission is successfully saving vets who return home from the battlefield suffering moral injury, and live at serious risk of death by suicide. Our 12-month curriculum focuses on peer support, spiritual reawakening, and reconnection to faith. Moral injury, briefly, is a 'psychological, behavioral, social, and sometimes spiritual response to events that violate a person's values and beliefs'. Heroes To Heroes Foundation brings these American heroes from suicidal ideation to community reintegration! HTH is 4-Star Charity Navigator-rated, and the efficacy of our program has been validated by a long-term study conducted by Dr. Joseph Currier who is a national leader in the area of moral injury at the University of South Alabama. A key to our program results are 10-day Team journeys to Israel towards the middle of the year-long program, critical for the peer support, spirituality, reconnection to faith, and ultimately healing core of our mission. In Israel, the vets travel with 3 members of the IDF who are suffering in much the same way. People would often tell you, do with what you have, but what if what you have in incompatible to what you have to do? Managing from a distance and being a leader on the ground with your people are two different spheres in a workplace. Try hard to be in with those whom you lead.

God's ways are higher than our ways. Made me think recently 🤔 about a disease, serious as cancer, that is neurological & autoimmune. Why is there no serious attention to it in the steadfast & urgent research [find a cure], medical\pharma industries vigilant non-bias, or billion $$$ philanthropy fund raising efforts & diligent stakeholder inquiry reports from all media channel areas of our world? What is causing this disease (DNA/genetics, a man-made nefarious concoction, genetically modified food, regulated medicine vs. organic medicine, environmental, community, culture, country/regions, unconventional occupational hazards)?  When & where was the personal life discovery, revelation & acceptance of the MS conditions by any individuals? How does anyone pay attention to any acceptance of the diagnosis news without anyone thinking that maybe the individual has been or was chosen by God for them to have MS disease to be His will, part of his plan & greater purpose to get us/we/our attention in starting/developing/recommitting a relationship with God creating a strong belief, hope, faith & love in Him and not the temptations & vanities [glitz/glamour/greed/gaze] that the evil enemy presents/proposes/offers. It is very heartbreaking 😞. Questions ❓❓❓ are many.  Knowledge still to gain to get the wisdom needed so that tolerance & understanding is less painful for all- directly & indirectly. Another 2 to 10 to 100 years for no prevention, or added mitigations to this disease is unfathomable. The world needs a spiritual & discernible cure. It may have been or not said to you or those that are going & growing through this possible twist of fate or sacrificial moment in your life -  God loves you 💖.  There is a greater purpose.
