I recently started reading this book called "11 Rules of Life" by Chetan Bhagat and I have hired a home fitness coach now, As an entrepreneur we’re always busy with numbers, goals and deals, even so much that we forget our personal development and upskilling. So, when I started reading this book, I was convinced to focus on my physical health. And here’s the summary that’ll save your reading time but will give you the crux: > Fitness isn’t just healthy diet and physical exercise, it’s good quality sleep also. > Eating healthy doesn’t mean giving up on everything. It means, eating everything in moderation. > 4 hours of sleep isn’t enough. You should have at least 7-8 hours of sleep so that your brain can function effectively and there’s no productivity loss. As the author puts it: “Fitness requires motivation, focus, and discipline. It demands pushing aside that inner voice making excuses or asking you to quit.
