Take Time. We all enjoy our 3 day weekends - it's the busy 4 day week following that get us! But just like eating a large meal doesn't mean you should choose restriction to make up for it (your body still needs regular nutrition), working a short week doesn't mean work should flow into your weekend (your body still needs rest). It's been a short week. You likely didn't accomplish all you had hoped to or even all that you needed to. But let the week be enough. Take Time. Focus on what you did accomplish, take note of your top priorities when your return on Monday, and schedule them out. Prepare what you'll need to hit the ground running, and then walk away. 9.29: Commitment This week, I accomplished a personal goal by meal prepping nine meals, covering the entire week. Typically, I prepare six or seven meals, often leaving some unfinished due to unexpected events. This time, however, I completed them all. It took around two hours, but the time invested in meal prepping once a week far outweighs the daily effort after work. This approach definitely enhances productivity and well-being. #MealPrep #WorkLifeBalance #Productivity
