Tips for Freshers Seeking Jobs in Dubai As a fresher entering Dubai's job market, it's crucial to set realistic salary expectations while not settling for less than you deserve. Many newcomers anticipate AED 8000 as a starting salary, but the average for freshers typically ranges from AED 2000 to AED 5000. While some offers may be below this range, I advise against accepting those. It's encouraging that some companies offer salaries above the average. If such an opportunity arises, seize it wisely. Before accepting any offer, ensure the salary meets your basic needs, including travel, accommodation, groceries, and other living expenses. Everyone's needs vary; some may opt for shared accommodations while others prefer private flats. Research thoroughly to align your salary expectations with your lifestyle requirements. When negotiating, consider factors such as your skills, education, industry standards, and the type of company. This approach ensures a fair and satisfactory compensation package. #JobTips #DubaiJobs #CareerAdvice #SalaryNegotiation #Freshers #JobSearch #LinkedInTips

If you are a fresher and searching job in Dubai, don’t make this mistake. HR: What is your expected salary? Candidate: It’s AED 8000. HR: But, you are a fresher how can we offer that? We can give you AED 5000 only. Candidate: No, it’s too less HR: Sorry, we can’t give that. If you are fresher don’t make this mistake in your Dubai job interview. Since you are fresher you have yet to gain experience or any major skills. So, AED 5000 salary is good in the beginning. However, I don’t recommend you accept an AED 1000 to AED 2000 salary as a fresher and move to Dubai. You will not survive in that. But, with AED 5000 you can survive and pay rent and bills in Dubai. ✔Inquire about the house rents, bills, travel allowances, food expenses, etc. Research about these expenses. ✔Understand the cost of living in Dubai and be prepared to negotiate a realistic salary that allows you to live comfortably. ✔ Stay informed and realistic about your expectations, and you'll be better prepared for your job search in Dubai.
