When you are fresher looking for a job in United Arab Emirates,keep your salary expectations realistic. At the same time don't settle for less. Some fresher assume they will get AED 8000 as their first job in Dubai, but it is very unlikely. The average salary in Dubai for freshers is around AED 2000 to AED 5000. Some companies offer less than this average Dubai salary also, but I recommend you don't settle for it. Some companies offer a salary to freshers more than this average number, take it. Accept a uae offer letter when you know the salary you are getting will fulfill your needs of traveling, accommodation, grocery, and other living needs. Everyone has different requirements some may settle for 2 sharing room accommodations and some may want a personal flat. So, do your research analyze your needs, and accept a salary likewise. Some factors to consider while salary negotiation are Your skills and knowledge Education background Experience Job Industry Salary standards Company type, etc Be wise and negotiate your salary well.
