My Little volunteering experience while at Campus. At the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, I joined a group of students one early Saturday morning for something that turned out to be more than just an environmental effort. We were part of Plogging Nigeria Unn, an organization that merges jogging with picking up litter. It was a simple idea: stay fit and to keep clean. But as we moved around the campus, bags in hand, I began to see a deeper significance in what we were doing. At first, I got involved just to get some exercise, but as time passed, I realized the true impact. We weren't just picking up trash; we were taking responsibility for our environment. I started to feel a sense of pride as we cleaned up, knowing that our actions were making a difference, not only in the cleanliness of the campus but also in inspiring others to care for their surroundings. More students started joining in, and soon, our efforts transformed the once littered paths into spotless walkways. This experience reinforced to me that volunteering isn’t just about the immediate outcome. It's about learning teamwork, leadership, and the value of giving back to the community. Through Plogging Nigeria , I’ve come to understand that even the smallest actions can have a ripple effect, creating a cleaner, better environment for everyone. This is why I’m inviting you to join us at Eco Cyclers as we participate in *World Clean Up Day 2024*. It's another opportunity for us to come together and make a real difference in our environment. By dedicating just a few hours of your time, you can help create a cleaner, healthier community. Let’s make this event even bigger and show that we care about our planet. Come join us, and together, we can make a lasting impact! #worldcleanupday2024 #EcoCyclers #ClimateActionNow #EnvironmentalImpact #SustainableLiving #CommunityCleanup #ActLocalThinkGlobal

🌍 THE POWER OF COMMUNITY: IDEAS FOR A POSITIVE FUTURE 🚀 Few have the chance to see Earth from space and realize how small we are compared to the universe. That's why it's crucial to change our perspective and create positive change. 💡 Everyone has a mission, but few recognize or accept it. My passion is to support with creative ideas and innovative solutions aimed at changing our actions for a cleaner world. 🔹We offer solutions to: • Reduce fine dust • Prevent wastewater from entering the sea • Reduce plastic and paper waste 🔑 Solutions are useless if they stay behind closed doors. Humans don't exist to find "content" or to consume. We exist to find each other. In my earlier post, I asked what value means to you. Here's my answer. The philosophy of Kanto is to provide maximum value for nature and people. How? 1. Collaborate and cooperate 2. Increase awareness 3. Do what you can with your skills 4. Be open to new ways 5. Be pragmatic, but 6. Dare to dream Philosophies like cynicism and nihilism can be harmful. Yes, there are situations where these perspectives can be applied (whether or not one should is another topic). Different perspectives exist, but if there’s one thing we can agree on, nature’s value is invaluable. Please share this message if it resonates with you! Let’s amplify what truly matters.
Aiming to do things more green is not always easy. But just because something is hard doesn't mean it's not worth doing. In our case, worth is everything; it's our environment. How do we do this? In order to amplify our message, we need everyone's help. No matter your industry or how big or small it is, we need our shared voice. Read from the comments about a new kind of value.

Check out this podcast I did with our friends at CarbonRun to learn more about how rivers can play a key role in solving climate change!
Healthy rivers are essential for a healthy planet. But pollution has disrupted rivers’ natural ability to deliver carbon to the ocean. Brian Hong, Director, Environmental Markets Solutions Group, RBC Capital Markets, sat down with CarbonRun's Shannon Sterling, Founder, COO and CSO, and Luke Connell, Co-Founder and CEO, to discuss how they are helping nature repair the world. Hear how CarbonRun's innovative approach is restoring rivers and removing carbon in the latest episode of Powering Sustainable Ideas: http://spr.ly/6042Q5TP0
