ln pterygium surgery we should have patience and insistence on radical excision. This is a case of recurrent pterygium after twice surgeries before. the photo shows huge and massive fibrotic appearance pre-operatively and the nice post-operative appearance after surgical excision with mitomycin-c application and conjunctival grafting.
