If you say, look, all I care about is making money, there is lots of data. There have been lots of studies that show that teams that are diverse, companies that are diverse, particularly companies that that have diverse management teams outperform teams that are not diverse by multiple factors of both revenue and EBITDA. If you say, yeah, I want to make money, but actually what I care about is having the best team, the team that solves problems, it's the most creative that is. The smartest collection of people. Well, diversities for you too, because plenty of studies, including the Stanford study that I mentioned in the talk, have shown that in problems large and small, even in problem solving experiments, when they put people together that came from different gender, racial, ethnic backgrounds, and by extension different life experiences, they solve those puzzles at a much faster rate than the not diverse teams.
