[NEWS RELEASE -03/26/2024] NiCAN Provides Update on Drilling at the Wine Nickel-Copper Project, Manitoba, Canada! Highlights 🔹Preliminary observations within diamond drill hole Wine 24-1A (collared 45 meters to the north of Wine 22-5 and drilled to the southwest) indicate the hole has intersected multiple zones, including a previously unknown northern zone that sub crops over a core length of 3.7m. In the same hole, the Main Zone was visually interpreted over approximately 33.4m (Figures 1, 2 and 3). 🔹Initial interpretations suggest diamond drill hole Wine 24-2 (collared 60m to the east southeast of Wine 22-5 and drilled to the west-northwest) intersected two zones, one being the Main Zone over a core length of approximately 16.0m and a second interval, further up the hole, interpreted to be the down plunge extension of the Upper Zone over a width of approximately 6.5m. Strong and coherent anomalies on critical commodities tin, tungsten and lithium from initial soil sampling at Sweetwater Area, NSW. The program identified the NW-SE extensions of these anomalies over significant lengths for up to 3.5km and remain open to NW and SE. The prospectivity of the region is supported with the presence of historical tin workings (early 1900s) and recent rock sampling returning high-grade results up to 11.0% tin, 1,060ppm tantalum and 1.5% lithium-oxide. Managing Director Paul Adams commented: ”Our first soils sampling campaign at the Sweetwater Project area at Jingellic has yielded some very positive mineralised trends. In addition to lithium, which remains the Company’s key focus, Kali has identified coherent tin-tungsten anomalies that will be a focus for follow-up exploration in the near future by our Eastern-States based exploration team. Given that Sweetwater is only our first Prospect to have a completed soils campaign, we are very excited by the potential for our whole Southern Lachlan Fold Belt tenure.” Read the full ASX announcement: https://lnkd.in/dMvf7NUA #KM1 #tin #lithium #tungsten

“𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲!” “𝘊𝘢𝘯’𝘵 𝘸𝘦 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘴𝘤𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘦 𝘪𝘵 𝘶𝘱?” “𝗜𝗳 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆…” On our recent trip to K+S Salt Australia's Ashburton Salt project site near Onslow in the Shire of Ashburton, we encountered an unusual sight—areas of the mud flats crusted over with salt, some even covered with a thin layer of water. It’s not what we usually see - typically, these flats are vast expanses of red-brown dried mud. When you rub this mud between your fingers, you can feel the fine clay particles. This clay-rich soil acts like a natural sealant, keeping water on the surface rather than letting it seep away. This characteristic is crucial for solar salt production, where controlling water loss is half the battle. The visible salty crust, however, isn’t ready for production. It’s intermingled with various other minerals carried by the water. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻? Tightly monitoring the process and flushing out the water just before these other minerals begin to crystallize, ensuring what remains is only the salt we need. #KplusUs #Mining #Salt #Pilbara #Onslow

We can't argue with this rancher from Alberta! Many folks see the upfront cost of our tubs and think it's an "expensive mineral". The thing is, our tubs are extremely concentrated, which means they have a lower consumption rate than most other tubs out there - between 1/8 - 1/3lb per head per day! So when you put a pencil to it, Riomax has a lower cost per head per day than many other "cheap minerals" on the market. And that's without factoring in all the added benefits our tubs offer, such as hay and forage savings, increased conception rates, and higher weaning weights! Torr Metals Inc. CEO Malcolm Dorsey joined Steve Darling to share exciting updates regarding the company's Kolos Project. Torr Metals has unveiled the final assay results from its 2023 soil sampling program conducted on the Kolos Project, situated just 23 kilometers north-northeast of Merritt, British Columbia, along Highway 5. Dorsey revealed to Proactive that the comprehensive analysis of a total of 3,348 soil samples, covering an expansive area of 48 square kilometers, has yielded promising results. The analysis has delineated five kilometer-scale mineralized zones within a potential cluster porphyry trend spanning 7 kilometers. Notably, each zone exhibits highly anomalous copper (Cu) concentrations, surpassing 200 parts per million (ppm) and reaching a maximum of 1175 ppm Cu. Grease is grease, right? Unfortunately, the answer is not that simple, because there are many types of greases. If the right grease is not being used in equipment, you could be paying too much for replacement parts. On the other hand, the right grease can allow equipment to run for years without a maintenance problem. The key is learning which grease is right for your needs. Are you using the right grease in your equipment? The answer is not always straightforward. Using the wrong grease can lead to costly replacement parts, while the right grease can keep your equipment running smoothly for years. So, how do you choose the right grease? One option to consider is calcium sulfonate grease. While it may come at a higher cost due to the calcite particles involved, it has many applications in industries ranging from automotive to paper manufacturing and steel mills. Additionally, it has excellent EP performance and salt fog performance, making it ideal for marine environments, suspension bridges, and other applications exposed to salt conditions. If your application requires H-1 approval, heat resistance, or water tolerance, a properly manufactured calcium sulfonate grease that meets your needs may be worth the investment. It's all about weighing the benefits against the cost. So, before you reach for just any grease, consider whether calcium sulfonate grease might be the right choice for your equipment. #wireropegrease #mining #construction #calciumcomplexgrease #heavydutygrease
