Firstly, to make sure that you’re never compromising them in any decision you make in your business journey. What are the absolutely most critical tasks for your business? Are you focused on them? Or are you focused on small, unimportant details? Or work that someone else could do while you focused on high-level strategy? Or literally anything else that’s more valuable than admin nonsense? Andrew Hodukavich and I discuss this tendency of business owners to not want to let things go… To get lost in the weeds… To be overly controlling… Which ultimately slows their own growth.

Why cutting costs won't save your business. Most business owners focus heavily on cost-cutting as a strategy to stay afloat. And if you are teetering on closing shop, it may be your only lifeline. But if you are in growth mode, cutting costs alone won't lead to sustained growth... And it might even stunt your progress. Cutting costs are step 1.
