WHAT MAKES MASTERMINDS VALUABLE FOR EMPLOYEES TRANSITIONING FROM THEIR CURRENT JOBS Here are some valuable characteristics of mentored mastermind groups: - A safe and supportive environment in which you can describe your issues and the solutions that you’re considering. - Other members and the mentor can share relevant experiences which can be supportive of your solutions or can identify problems that they’ve encountered which you hadn’t considered. - Most mastermind meetings are virtual which is time efficient and allows members to attend from different countries, who may approach your issues from a different perspective. - Over time, you develop trust in your fellow members which can broaden the nature of the issues that you are comfortable presenting. - Sometimes, fellow members can lead you to valuable contacts. What do you think of mentored mastermind groups? Can you think of an area where they might be valuable for you? Are you ready to re-take control over your work income? Top o' the Mornin' to Ya! This is my "2-4-8 Mastermind Formation Strategy" - a simple yet powerful way to build your own mastermind group. Here's the breakdown: 1. Start with Two: - Reach out to someone you admire and respect. - Meet for coffee a few times, going deep in conversation. - Build trust and see if you're a good fit. 2. Expand to Four: - If it's going well, introduce the mastermind concept. - Each of you invites one more person. - Begin setting expectations and structure. 3. Grow to Eight: - Once your group of four is solid, repeat the process. - Each member brings in one new person. - Aim to add all new members at once to minimize disruption. Keys to success: - Be intentional in your conversations from the start. - Rotate facilitation roles among members. - Use my other resources on mastermind components and effectiveness. - Be clear about expectations, especially for free masterminds. Remember, while the steps are simple, consistency is the challenge. It takes time to build trust and find the right mix of people. Eight is usually an ideal size, balancing intimacy with diverse perspectives. Whether you start your own, join one, or even pay for a mastermind, the important thing is to get involved. It can be truly life-changing when done right. If you're interested in joining my Kingdom Family Leader Mastermind, reach out at https://brian.chat But whatever you do, find a way to surround yourself with people who will challenge, encourage, and help you grow! You be blessed! https://lnkd.in/gXZvA9Mr

My mentee, a dedicated empowerment coach notched up her first client after a gruelling 4-month stretch. As a coach She poured her heart into her work Reliably showing up daily Networking Anchored by hope. But let's face the facts Her inbox was eerily silent That void echoed not just a lack of notifications But also a tangible sense of disappointment. All that hard work... and yet? No one clicking her 'Book a call' button. Instead, just a smattering of likes Each one a reminder of the silence around her work Making her feel alone in her efforts But then she turned to the C-E-C framework Here’s how she transformed her situation ↪ Crafted an irresistible offer, Hormozi style. ↪Post an announcement post ↪Messaged followers sparking conversations ↪Set up her cold Dm system Her pipeline started to swell with leads. And yes, it truly did the trick! Sure, it felt a bit like a hard sell. But what's the alternative—missing out? Then the meticulous work began: Tracking and keeping tabs on leads. Using Folk to line them up neatly in different deal stages: ↗ Re-established Connection ↗ Offering help ↗ Qualification stage ↗ Call booked ↗ Call conducted ↗ Client sealed It's a system that works. It's either getting a bit 'salesy' or staying stuck. You choose. P.S. Want to learn about the C-E-C Framework and how it can turbocharge your client acquisition strategy? Join me for a masterclass on 24th April. Register here https://lnkd.in/dTNcZYHt

Best way to start your pitch: "Good Morning, thank you for sparing your precious 30 mins with me to listen to what we had to offer" If you only had 30 mins, uses it well! "When you think you had enough time, often times you don't". A few way you can start your pitch: 1. Here is what I had to offer: > at the end of the 2 days training, here is the result / behaviour / outcome we can expect to see from your employee. 2. Seeing / Hearining their future: > Can i understand from you what do you expect your employees able to deliver / do / perform after the training > How would you define successful training? Happy Pitching! P.S. This is end of Week 1 Micro Challenge, we focus on pre-confirm phase. Where we will focused at preparing proposal and pitching. Check out my previous post for other tips.

I swear I need a coach who does nothing but say: "Remember that thing you did once that worked really well? How about you do it again?" Example 1: I spent a few months tracking my time religiously. So many benefits: it got me mono-tasking, cut down on procrastination, and helped me identify low-level tasks that sucked up too much time. Then I stopped. Why? Dunno. Example 2: At Property Hub we used to run webinars to help people in our broader audience find out about the paid service we offer. It was educational, and it brought in leads without anyone feeling they were being pitched. Then we stopped. Why? No clue. I have a million more examples. It's baffling that not only do I know what should work – I know from experience what does work... yet I still stop doing it for some reason, and need to be reminded. From marvelling at this with a few people, it seems like this isn't just me. Which is powerful, because it means if you're looking for an idea you probably don't need to come up with a brilliant new one... you just need to remember an old one.
