Last week, we were thrilled to spend two days with 600+ members of our global team outside of the US, hosted in Hyderabad, India. Gainsters from Poland, Israel, Amsterdam, the rest of Europe and some leaders from the US flew in to connect and celebrate, in our event that we call Cohesion. My biggest takeaways: 🪄 Our Team Can Put On a Show! The get together featured the best visuals (including fire!) that I’ve seen at a corporate event. 🔮 Our Vision Is Inspiring: Our product team shared our long-term product vision, across digital, AI and more. 💪🏾 Our Culture Is Evolving: We continue to emphasize Gainsight 2.0, where we preserve our values and Human-First vision but complement it with the grit that’s needed for this new SaaS economy. 🤖 Our Teams Are Leveraging AI: In addition to us making every Gainsight product AI-first (including our new acquisition Staircase AI), teammates shared how they are using AI internally. In particular, our support team is leveraging AI to assist agents, route cases, manage quality and more! 🎉 Gainsters Can Party: We held a talent show at the end of the event. Gainsters brought the heat with singing, dancing and more. And then the dance floor was opened to everyone and I saw the moves our teammates have - well not me, but most of the others! 😂 I’m so grateful for the global community of colleagues that we have. And big thanks to Anil Chalasani and his team for putting on a great event. P.S. That's a real video of a giant honey badger (our new mascot)!
OK Nick, I think you should share the video of your talent show performance 😁
It's great to see how Gainsight is not just focusing on growth but also on building a strong culture and community!
Love the gangster honey badger!! No better mascot!
Thank you Nick Mehta! It was an absolute pleasure to host the Gainsight family in Hyderabad for Cohesion. The energy, creativity, and collaboration truly reflect the amazing spirit of our team, community and Gainsight 2.0 .
What an incredible event! 🎉 The emphasis on AI and evolving culture is crucial for navigating today’s SaaS landscape.
Now that’s a company event! Well done Nick.
Thanks for sharing!
