⚠️THE DANGERS OF WHAT YOU LISTEN TO Your ear is a womb - what you listen to doesn’t just pass through; it can conceive ideas that are born into reality. Ignoring this truth can lead to negative influences shaping our thoughts and actions. Be careful what you allow to take root. Negative thoughts, toxic conversations, and limiting beliefs can grow into self-fulfilling prophecies. What you allow into your mind can either nurture your growth or stifle it. Be mindful of the conversations, media, and messages you engage with. Protect your ear, and in turn, safeguard your future. Choose wisely what you let grow within you. Guard your mind – the ear doesn't just hear, it births. Prov. 4: 20-23 Have you ever considered how the ear is like a womb, birthing what we choose to listen to? My name is Victor. I assist businesses in addressing workplace challenges to promote growth for both employees and the organization, creating a more supportive environment for everyone. #ListeningIsPower #Leadership #EffectiveCommunication #GrowthMindset #PowerOfListening #MindsetMatters #GuardYourMind #ThoughtsBecomeReality #21dayslinkedinbrandingchallengewithDamiOguntade Photo credit: Ondari Naom

Stuck seeing things the same old way? Time to try reframing! Here’s how you can shift your perspective to transform challenges into opportunities: Identify the Narrative: Notice the story you’re telling yourself about a situation. Is it overly negative? Challenge It: Ask yourself, “Is there another way to look at this?” Consider multiple angles or the potential positives that could emerge. Choose Empowerment: Pick a new angle that empowers you. Maybe a setback is a setup for a great comeback? Take Action: Act based on your new frame. What would you do differently if you believed this new perspective? Reflect: Notice how the reframe changes your feelings and responses. More positive? More in control? Reframing isn’t just about changing your mind; it’s about changing your life by changing your mind! 🌟💭 #MindsetShift #ReframeYourDay #PositiveThinking

#Bold #Challenging #TrustedAdvisor Your Mantra for Today: "I'm #Recalibrating" Before you go rushing off to your next thing, read this quote by Tim Keller again: ⤵ "What you do today is shaped by what you believe about tomorrow." The second half of the quote is where you'll want to spend time in deep reflection. Because what you believe about tomorrow often acts like the subconscious tail that wags today's dog (to mash up a metaphor). But you get the point, right? What you believe about tomorrow can have a HUGE impact on what you do—and won't do—today. So what DO you believe about tomorrow? To your recalibrated mindset, Joel #Agents #FinancialProfessionals #SalesManagers #BusinessCoaching

To address this, embrace the past by focusing on positive experiences and lessons learned. Release tension from previous situations to fully engage in the present. "So frustrated, but not sure why." Frustration is one of the most human experiences, yet it’s one of the least accepted. In business and leadership, we’re taught to mask it, to smooth it over, to stay “professional.” But what if suppressing frustration is what stops us from understanding it? Frustrations aren’t just emotions to be ignored—they’re signals. They highlight friction, disconnection, and unmet needs. But here’s the thing: frustration itself isn’t the problem. The real challenge is that we’ve been conditioned to avoid it entirely, fearing it will make us look unkind, irrational, or even weak. What if we had a space to address frustration without shame or judgment? Not to vent aimlessly, but to uncover the root causes. That’s what TellTOM.ink is for—a place where frustrations, big or small, can be shared freely and anonymously. It’s a way to say: This is what’s not working. Let’s understand it together. Because when we dive into the causes of frustration, we unlock something powerful: clarity. Clarity about what needs to change—whether it’s within systems, relationships, or even ourselves. Frustration doesn’t have to be loud or divisive. It can be insightful, transformative, and deeply constructive. It just needs a space to exist. What’s been frustrating you lately? Let’s explore it, without judgment, without masks. 🐙 Perry "Dr. Octopus" Knoppert #TellTOM #Leadership #FrustrationsMatter #NonlinearThinking #theOctopusMovement ♻️ TellTOM.ink: Is brought to you by The Octopus Movement, where nonlinear minds unite to solve the unsolvable. Choose your pain. We can overcome things and shift our mindset. Going from good to great takes you facing your fears. When you are struggling think about what you are committed to and who you are committed to becoming. Letting go of our old version and stepping into our next version or chapter will give you the confidence to expand. When you feel like something is missing or you are drifting keep going full speed ahead. Stay connected and fully aware of what you need to stay focused. I’ve made a lot of tough decisions in my business… one thing I know for sure is I’ve always given myself permission to learn , grow and evolve through my wins and my mistakes. So when you are in the messy zone… choose your pain , choose your battles and let go of the limiting moments that no longer serve you and give yourself permission to just be. At work, we often find ourselves frustrated—resentful of a colleague’s actions or angry at a boss’s decisions. It’s natural to feel this way. But here’s the reality: holding onto that resentment doesn’t solve the problem. It only creates a new one—for you. Resentment, anger, and hate don’t impact the person you’re upset with; they weigh you down. They steal your energy, cloud your judgment, and disconnect you from your purpose. What if we reframed the situation? What if we chose understanding over assumption, dialogue over silence, and forgiveness over resentment? Forgiveness doesn’t mean accepting poor behavior; it means refusing to let it define you. It’s about freeing yourself to focus on what truly matters: building trust, strengthening connections, and making progress together. Workplaces thrive when people choose collaboration over conflict. What will you choose today? #Leadership #WorkplaceCulture #ChooseForgiveness
