Sorry – not sorry. There are behaviors that we should be accountable for and say “I’m sorry” – like being hurtful, thoughtless, or destructive with our words or actions. But, saying “sorry” has become this automatic response to simply existing. Saying it for everything tells the world that you’re an inconvenience or that you’re not worth someone else’s time. Here’s a quick test – do you find yourself saying sorry for...? ⬜ Having ideas ⬜ Speaking up ⬜ Sneezing ⬜ Passing someone ⬜ Coughing ⬜ Walking through a door when someone opens it ⬜ Being opinionated If you found yourself mentally checking off items from the list, it’s time to flip the script. Know your worth – and stop apologizing for simply breathing. Embrace your inner light and let your contributions shine on Mindful Monday. #MindfulMonday

Monday is a refresher. Here are five things I personally do; let me know what your rituals are. First, I start by looking at my goals for the year to realign with my objectives. Reading those gives you so much perspective; if you don't have them, consider writing them. Second, I set my weekly targets and lock in what I need to accomplish, thinking in parallel if those align with my overall targets. Third, I review my emails to ensure that I reply and put the ball in my counterparts' court. Fourth, I prepare my coffee, and yes, I have the best coffee machine. I will share it with you in future posts. Fifth, I take 5 minutes to manifest and visualize what I want. I literally go into detail with my manifestations, focusing on the smallest details in my visualization. Trust me, it works. Tell me your rituals, and have a great Monday.

Navigating the Tides of Opinion: A Guide to Serenity and Success Before Monday arrives let's explore a universal truth: not everyone will like you. It's an impossible feat—expecting unanimous appreciation or understanding. In fact, as your popularity grows, so does the chorus of dissenters. They'll discredit, disavow, and disapprove. But here's the twist: they're right, at least from their perspective. Keys to Serenity and Success: 1. Selective Listening: Tune in to feedback that matters. Filter out the noise—the opinions beyond your control. Focus on what you can influence: your work, your intentions, and your journey. 2. Unshackling from Approval: Being universally loved or understood isn't within your grasp. The sheer number of detractors can overwhelm. Accept it. No one, not even the most celebrated, escapes criticism. 3. Detractors as Compass: Curiously, detractors might signal progress. Their disapproval could mean you're pushing boundaries, daring to be different. Embrace it as a sign you're on the right track. Remember, Wizards, the path to fulfillment lies in discerning whose voices matter and letting the rest fade into the background.

🙌 Motivational Monday 🙌 “You must choose the pain of discipline, or the pain of regret.” - Unknown Every pursuit, every circumstance, and every dream comes with its own particular struggle. To achieve anything requires sacrifice in the pursuit of it. Either suffer for what you want to conquer or don’t suffer at all and never know what could have been yours. Choose well. In real estate, this means showing up for your clients, staying updated on market trends, and continuously improving my skills. Let's embrace the discipline, put in the work, and make every Monday a stepping stone toward our goals. #MotivationalMonday #marilouyampolskyrealtor #camroserealestate #albertarealestate

Today’s Polish the Mirror Monday practice is befriending your emotions. Emotions are like reflections in a mirror; they reveal our innermost thoughts and feelings. Often, we try to suppress or ignore them, but what if we embraced them instead? Next time you have the urge to stuff your emotions, try this instead: 1. Acknowledge Start by recognizing your emotions without judgment. Whether it's joy, sadness, anger, or fear, each feeling has a purpose. 2. Understand Dive deeper into what your emotions are telling you. They are a critical part of your communication system. Are they highlighting an unmet need or a personal boundary? 3. Accept Allow yourself to feel without guilt or shame. Remember, it's perfectly normal to experience a range of emotions. 4. Express Find healthy ways to express your feelings. Write in a journal, talk to a friend, draw, paint or engage in other creative activities. 5. Reflect Take time to reflect on what you've learned from your emotions. How can they guide you toward growth and healing? By befriending your emotions, you polish the mirror of your life, helping you gain clarity and inner peace. Feel free to share your thoughts or experiences below. I’d love to hear from you! 😊 #PolishTheMirror #AmyThurman #SelfDiscovery #Empowerment #InnerPeace #GrowthMindset
