I think one area we can help to make meaningful change is demonstrating gratitude, especially in challenging times. We always have things to be thankful for and as leaders for us to openly express and demonstrate those can go a long way with remembering why we are here. Demonstrate your gratitude for little and big things, even when it is most challenging to do so. That too is leadership.
