This awareness enables teams to optimize performance by aligning tasks with strengths and interests. 🤝 Conflict resolution isn't about who's right but what's right. Mastering conflict involves focusing on solutions and fostering a collaborative environment where every voice is valued. 💬 Decision-making in teams requires trust and transparency.
