It was an honor sharing my "Why" as a leader in last week's Legendary Session. My talk is also a love letter to my team. Sharing the excerpt of my talk: "Leadership is a choice. You can one day choose to stop leading. Here’s a look back at our last Team camp! 🙌 For this first #Teamcamp of 2024, we gathered in a beautiful vacation home in Denmark and spent our time in a number of working sessions focusing on how we can enrich and further develop our #companyculture. It's often at the heart of these events that we have a chance to step back, reflect on how things have been going and to dream of the strategies that we need to put in place to further grow as a company. Sometimes, we focus on topline goals that drive the company forward in terms of revenue, this time, we decided to look at culture as a whole. We discussed many topics such as what is culture and how does it manifest at LifeX, the importance of communication and interdepartmental collaboration, the challenges we are currently facing and how we can overcome them. A big thank you to the whole #LifeX team for their commitment and active participation.
