So Make with Notion is going to be the biggest day of product launches and Notions entire history. OI wanted to create Greenhouse in Notion. That was my goal. You can see right here we've got just powered by a few core databases, applicants, job listings, et cetera. And the first thing we have to do is we have to start with our careers page. So I just tried to copy our careers page exactly. I was really impressed by everything I could do with Notion sites to get it to look almost identical to the real thing. We got all our videos and everything else, and overall, yeah, just really similar to the real deal. We can do all of this in Notion. So then if we head over to what the Greenhouse dashboard itself actually looks like, you can see we've got interviews at the top. An internal job board, you know, a little referral section. There's also a place to kind of get some resources and look at some helpful links. And in ours we have the same thing, interviews and internal job board. And I even added this helpful links section just for fun. So let's actually go and submit a job application and see how this all works. So we can head over to our Notion site. We can read about this chief Petty Officer role and apply now. And let's fill out this application. And yeah, everything looks good, like let's go, let's submit this super compelling application and we'll see our charter. And then if we head into the job listing for chief Petty Officer, we see a new applicant. And first thing to notice is that this application page is just made absolutely gorgeous by page layouts. It really looks like a real piece of software now, not just a Notion database. So we also can have these automations and we can click a button and advance the stage, and at different points in the stage will actually trigger notifications. We'll change some permissions on the page, change some properties. We're able to get some notifications about this, Simon. Advanced virtual onsite, we need to, you know, submit a scorecard or something like that so we can really create a whole workflow and motion. And now let's go submit that scorecard. OK, so now again, we can see that this becomes a workflow and this page, again, made totally gorgeous by page layouts, just looks totally different from anything we've seen in databases before. We can submit this rating and again, automations edit some of the properties on the page for us. So let's fill in a few more scorecards here and let's actually make a decision on Simon. We're going to reject him. We're happy with our own Simon, but what's nice about this is we can now automatically send an e-mail with Notion automations. Open that up in Notion Mail. We're not taking Simon. We're going to move forward with someone else's archive. That right here. And I was really thinking about this too, going through Greenhouse. You know, it's powered by all these automations. We've got different emails and things triggering at different stages, powered by motion formulas to do exactly what we want, build a super customizable tool at the virtual onsite stage. Different things are happening. So I'll make this template available if people want to poke through it. And the good thing about this being built in Notion is we could actually just submit it to the marketplace and we could let other people use this workflow. Right away. So I made a little listing here and now it's actually available in the marketplace. We can see it already has five stars for myself. That's awesome. And yeah, we can go through this as a listing and maybe buy this for a couple 100 bucks. That's going to be a lot cheaper than 10s of thousands of dollars for a customer. So yeah, that's my demo.
