When you post a survey to social media that you think will resonate with your ideal customer… No response whatsoever after 24 hours… Reasons for lack of response could be: ☁ I’m not posting frequently enough in these FB groups ☁ I’m posting at the wrong time ☁ Content of post was not appealing/worded wrongly ☁ Misunderstood customer needs From this my main positive takeaways are  ⛅ post and interact more frequently with local FB community groups ⛅ Revise post content and repost content and survey in a week at a better time of day. ⛅ Review what customers actually want . 🌠 Rome wasn’t built in a day. 🌠 Use the lack of reaction to reframe/navigate toward something to get a better reaction. 🌠 Once people realise you have a passion to understand what they want, they will take more interest.  🌠 Provide more value in different ways Here's a link to the survey: https://lnkd.in/euiEHThK
