Happy New Month Everyone. It is a new day and a new month of this year that will never come again. So surprising how time flies. Reminiscing, we can all remember celebrating New Year not long, like it was yesterday. Now it is June. The first half of year 2024 is coming to an end. I hope and pray that all our prayers and expectations will be met in this new month. Today, I implore you to take a short period of time out of your busy schedule to brood. Think of the past months and be grateful for both the little achievements and bourgeois ones. Remember being grateful is the access to more blessings and opportunities. Also do not forget to gauge yourself. Ask yourself thought provoking questions like; - How well have I developed myself within these past months? - What have I learnt that will sharpen my understanding? - How have I made impact on others etc. Ask yourself these questions. They are yardsticks you will use to measure yourself and know your prowess. Remember, Time Waits For No One. Once again, Happy New Month. Ngozi ✍️✍️.

February is an exciting and festive month for me, brimming with fresh starts and joyful celebrations! It's not just the beginning of a new year, but also the time to commemorate my anniversary and birthday where I celebrate all the wonderful moments, achievements, and growth that I've experienced over the past year. As I reflect on the journey, I'm filled with gratitude for the lessons learned, the challenges overcomed, and the joys shared. Some inspiration to carry forward: 📌 Becoming better about the continuous journey of growth and self-discovery. 📌 Focus on progress, not perfection by celebrating the small steps I take towards my goals but remember that every journey has its ups and downs. 📌Embrace challenges by seeing them as opportunities to learn and grow #stepping outside of my comfort zone. 📌 Reminder to be kind to myself: Self-compassion is key. Forgiving myself for mistakes, learn from them, and move forward with grace and kindness. #happybirthdaytome #powerofcelebration #personalgrowth #celebratesuccess #smallwinsbigchallenges

Today sees the start of a new season. After 30 years in Brisbane and 12 years with RPS, we have moved from Brisbane to Yeppoon. Three things I’ve learnt as a result of the decision to start something new: 1. Just because a decision makes you sad, that doesn’t mean it’s the wrong decision. 2. Every new season in your life demands a new version of you. 3. No matter what, be grateful for today. Good days will give you happiness. Bad days give you experience. The worst day gives you a lesson. The best day gives you a memory.

In a world where everyone is racing toward something bigger, it’s easy to forget to pause and appreciate the now. Whether it’s chasing career milestones, personal achievements, or financial goals, we’re often so focused on what’s next that we forget to embrace what we have. I’ve been there too, constantly planning and striving for the next step in life. But what I’ve learned along the way is that everything has its time. Sometimes, the most significant progress comes not from running faster but from being still and trusting that things will fall into place. As the saying goes, “Gratitude turns what we have into enough.” When we allow ourselves to be grateful for the present moment, we create space for more joy, success, and fulfillment to naturally flow into our lives. There have been times in my career and personal journey where things didn’t go as planned, but looking back, those moments were the very ones that shaped me. They made me stronger, more adaptable, and taught me the power of trusting the process. So, take a deep breath. Trust the path you’re on. Life has a way of aligning in the most unexpected ways when we lead with gratitude and stay open to the possibilities. What are you grateful for today? Regards, Dr. Navin Renu, M.D.

"Start each day by thinking about what you’re grateful for. Focusing on what’s good in your life can change your outlook and help you see the bright side of things. Staying positive doesn’t mean ignoring problems. It’s about choosing to see the good and making the best of any situation. When you appreciate what you have and stay upbeat, you not only feel better but also encourage others to do the same. Celebrate the small wins, appreciate your progress, and recognize the good things in your life. When you stay thankful and positive, you’ll find more happiness and success coming your way. PS: What’s one thing you’re grateful for?" Happy New Week to you

Gratitude: The secret ingredient to a fulfilling life 🌟 (... it's changed everything for me) Ever feel like you're always chasing the next big thing? 🏃♂️💨 I used to be that way. Always focused on what I didn't have... But recently, I've discovered the power of gratitude. 🙏 It's completely transformed my outlook on life. Here are 3 things I'm incredibly grateful for right now: 1️⃣ Health — Our bodies are miraculous machines. Every breath is a gift. 💪❤️ 2️⃣ Family — The unconditional love and support from my family is priceless. 👨👩👧👦💕 3️⃣ Wealth — Not just financial, but the wealth of experiences and opportunities I've been fortunate to have. 🚪🌎 Practicing gratitude daily has brought me more joy than any achievement ever could. 😊 It's not about having everything... It's about appreciating what you already have. ✨ Try this: Start each day by listing 3 things you're grateful for. 📝 You'll be amazed at how it shifts your perspective. 🔄 What are you grateful for today? 🤔

If You Think There Is Nothing to Celebrate in Your Life, Look Again!!! 😇 Sometimes, we get so caught up in the big milestones we haven’t reached or the goals we’re still chasing that we overlook the achievements, growth, and resilience already within us. But life is filled with moments worthy of celebration if only we stop to notice. The small wins, like completing a project, reaching out to a friend, or simply making it through a tough day, are steps forward. The challenges you’ve overcome, the relationships you’ve built, and even the lessons learned from failure - these are the moments that shape us. Celebration isn't about waiting for that one big event; it’s about honoring the journey, the persistence, and every little thing that makes you, you. Today as we enter the month of November, take a moment to recognize how far you've come. Look around, look within, and you’ll find reasons to be grateful, proud, and inspired. Let’s celebrate the journey, not just the destination. 🌱 #CelebrateLife #Gratitude #PersonalGrowth #LinkedInCommunity #MindsetMatters #November #Newmonth #SelfAppreciation

Chasing after more? More success, more wealth, more recognition—it can be easy to overlook the richness of the life we already have. Fulfillment doesn’t come from acquiring the next thing or achieving the next goal, but from embracing the present moment and finding contentment in what we already have. Whether in our careers, personal lives, or even on our paths of self-growth, there’s an incredible peace that comes when we pause the endless striving and allow ourselves to appreciate where we are … right now. This isn't about giving up ambition, but about grounding ourselves in gratitude. Take a moment today to reflect: what are you grateful for? How can you shift from wanting more to appreciating what you have? Often, the good life is already right in front of us—we just need to stop long enough to see it.

One month anniversary at The PAC Group. Some reflections 💭 People work for people. The best thing about the past 30 days is the passion and support I’ve experienced. People cheering you on and wanting to see you succeed is motivating beyond measure. Ask questions, over and over. It helps build base knowledge while you learn the rest. Listen carefully and take a million notes 😅 And finally, don’t look back. Every experience in life is worth having. No matter what breaks us, it makes us all the same. Bring on month two 💪🏼🥳 And for those still searching for the right role. You have to kiss few frogs in life to meet your prince but being clear what you do and don’t want helps. If recruiters ghost you, more fool them, it says much more about the company and their ethics than it ever does about you. Keep focused and go again.

Beyond the years of Service We often pat ourselves on the back for sticking around a place for a long time. "Look at me, ten years here!" we boast. But let's be real: it's not just about the number of years you've clocked in. It's about what you've done with that time. Think of your career like a garden. Sure, you can brag about how long you've tended it, but the real beauty lies in the flowers you've grown, the challenges you've overcome, and the lessons you've learned along the way. Those are the things that truly matter. Every day at work is a chance to learn something new. You've probably faced some big challenges, celebrated some huge wins, and worked with all sorts of amazing people. That's the stuff that makes you who you are professionally. So, next time you're thinking about your work anniversary, don't just count the years. Take a moment to appreciate the incredible journey you've been on. And remember, the best way to celebrate is to share your knowledge and experiences with others. You never know who you might inspire. What do you think? Have you ever felt like your career was more about the journey than the destination? pls write to me your thoughts

This week, I had a powerful realization: the constant chase for more—more success, more achievements, more “stuff”—can leave us feeling empty. I’ve always been driven, but I realized how easy it is to get caught up in the endless cycle of wanting more, without fully appreciating what’s already in front of me. We live in a world that encourages us to constantly strive for the next big thing, but in doing so, we can miss the beauty of what we already have. I’ve learned that true contentment comes from gratitude, from pausing to acknowledge the abundance that’s already present in our lives. From now on, I’m choosing to shift my focus. Instead of thinking about what I don’t have, I’m going to be intentional about being grateful for what I do have—the people in my life, the opportunities I’ve been given, and the lessons I’m learning every day. By letting go of the need to always want more, I’m giving myself the gift of peace. I’m learning to trust that what I have is enough, and that more will come in its own time, when it’s meant to. So, starting today, I’m committing to a daily practice of gratitude—acknowledging the small and the big things that make my life rich, even in ways that don’t involve material wealth. What’s one thing you’re grateful for today? Let’s make space for more gratitude, one moment at a time.
