Customer-obsessed, fully engaged in our business transformation for our clients and people. Passionate about inclusion and equality through Foundever.org for the greater #CXforGood and education as the great equalizer.

And now in English: Today I share with you some news on a personal and family level, an important step in my societal commitment. My wife Dorothée and I announce the creation of the Fondation Altitudes #familyimpactoffice whose objective is to enable each child to give him or herself the means to succeed at school. Why education? It's a passion of mine and a continuous thread throughout my career. I joined Ashoka 10 years ago as an ASN and to "follow" ⚡ Frédéric Bardeau 🚀 Frédéric Bardeau 🚀 in the great Simplon story; I co-founded Foundever 30 years ago, the 3rd largest CX BPO in the world, which also works for inclusion through its foundever.org nonprofit operating foundation. Further, I recently took over the presidency of the U.S. education foundation of my school, SKEMA Business School. Each of these projects have the transmission of knowledge and inclusion in common. With the Fondation Altitudes, we are committed to working alongside those who work to bring the most disadvantaged to school in France. France is one of the most unequal countries in the OECD regarding educational success, with pronounced socioeconomic and spatial segregation. 100,000 young people leave the school system each year without training, 58% of whom come from disadvantaged backgrounds. 30% of children of single mothers will have the baccalaureate. Our approach is resolutely positive through programs designed to create a shock of confidence, to fight against self-censorship, to offer young people support, an elsewhere and a collective; a "learning rope" approach that is empowering, engaging and demanding - supporting the child, the family and the teachers. This commitment culminates from a year of meetings between actors in the associative, educational and scientific fields. We of course had a listening phase that highlighted the vitality and professionalism of social entrepreneurs and their needs to scale up (financial, HR, processes and platforms). The Fondation Altitudes proposes to support these students in the long term, over a minimum of 3 years, based on a clear roadmap, giving them a stronger voice. To influence public policy. To work on the creation of alliances, in France and the US. There is no inevitability in the current situation. Other countries have shown interesting and virtuous paths. It's up to everyone to find their way and stay consistent. When I see the magnificence of Our Lady restored to all, it is on this side that I want to look and act: commitment, positivity, stubbornness, speed of execution and talents. And above all, humility. Our project launched just 2 months ago with two incredible associations: Ecolhuma and Sport dans la Ville and its Success in the City program. Congratulations Mister Camino 👏🏼I attended school in a Zone d'Éducation Prioritaire (ZEP) in Paris area and definitely the additional resources, funding, and services I received as a student made the difference. I am grateful for this until today. Few years later, I frequented the same business school as you, SKEMA in Sophia Antipolis. That’s awesome you took a leading role by joining the US foundation.

Wow Olivier! This is a tremendous challenge. Coming for small country in Central America where the education level is really low and so many young people are not able to finish high school and the only desire is migrating to US, I can say I really admire what you are trying to do, very inspiring and definitively great example for many others, including me, to do my part. I wish you the best to you and Dorothee.
