In the face of challenges like Hurricane Milton, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. But in the midst of the storm’s aftermath, there’s been a powerful reminder of what it means to stand together. We’ve seen neighbors helping neighbors, families supporting one another, and strangers stepping in to offer a hand. At C2 Worldwide, we believe that true strength comes from unity. Every little effort—whether it's offering shelter, lending a hand, or simply showing up—makes a difference. It’s not about moving fast, but about moving forward, together. The road to recovery may be long, but we’re stronger when we walk it side by side. #StrongerTogether #HurricaneMilton #C2Worldwide #RebuildWithCompassion #CommunityFirst

This morning, many of us woke up and checked on our families, friends and loved ones impacted by Hurricane Milton. Many of us also woke up to an emergency rule issued by Jimmy Patronis regarding enhanced transparency for all claims professionals as we begin to serve Floridians in the aftermath of Hurricane Milton. When I read the rule, I couldn’t help but understand the spirit of this ruling, which is to remind every claims professionals of our “why”. Why do we do this? Our “why” is service. To serve all who are impacted by this devastating event. A key component of service is trust. We must build trust with our customers, from FNOL to settlement, and every step in between. Trust is not something that is given. Trust is earned. Trust is built one step at a time. From first contact. To investigation. To settlement. We build trust through transparency in what we do. We build trust by taking accountability for our work. We build trust by guiding our policyholders through the claims process. And we build trust through empathy, care and compassion. As well all begin the recovery process, remember the “why” Be the silver lining.

Gratitude can feel hard in challenging times, but it’s often when we need it most. As Hurricane Milton impacts Tampa Bay, let’s take a moment to focus on what we can be grateful for—our safety, community, and support systems. Gratitude is about: 1️⃣ Noticing what we have, 2️⃣ Thinking about its importance, 3️⃣ Feeling appreciation, and 4️⃣ Doing something to express it. Even in difficult moments, gratitude helps us stay grounded and hopeful. Stay safe, Tampa Bay. 💚 #HurricaneMilton #CommunitySupport
