For me, this question goes beyond just a business strategy. It taps into something deeply personal. I believe that defining your purpose is the most important step you can take. And why, you ask? It lays the foundation for everything else. Your decisions, the clients you attract, and the team you build, all stem from that core purpose. Here’s what most agents don’t understand about exponential growth 👇🏼 10x growth doesn't mean being 10x better at EVERYTHING. You only need to be 10% better in your zone of genius. Shiny object syndrome is the enemy. Jumping from tactic to tactic, trying to do it all... That's a recipe for burnout…not success. 10x thinking is about doing LESS, but doing it exponentially better. It’s about picking ONE area to focus on…and doubling down on it. So, my challenge to you: What ONE area of your business are you going to level up by 10%? Is it your marketing? Your sales process? Your team management? Pick that ONE thing and ask yourself: "How can I become 10% better at this?" Maybe it's mastering a new marketing channel, refining your client onboarding, or finally building that dream team. Remember, exponential growth comes from increasing quality and decreasing quantity. Don't Confuse Goals for Strategy 🤭 Mistaking goals for strategy happens when you throw out a stretch goal without addressing the challenges that are in the way of achieving it A goal is defined as: A broad primary outcome 💫 The result you are looking for! A strategy is: The approach you take to achieve a goal 💫 The How you get there! Big Goals can stretch you and motivate you. They focus you and your team on what’s important. Goals should be SMART ⚡Specific ⚡Measurable ⚡Attainable ⚡Relevant ⚡Time Bound. Using the SMART method helps push you further, gives you a sense of direction, and helps you organize and reach your goals. But Goals are not a replacement for strategy. My favorite author on the subject, Richard Rumelt, who wrote his book Good Strategy / Bad Strategy says: ⚡“A strategy is like a lever that magnifies force."⚡ The desired destination of the rock is the Big Goal, and how you move it is your strategy. Developing a good strategy involves diagnosis and identifying what obstacles might prevent you from achieving your goal. When analyzing these obstacles there are a few things you need to consider.  Firstly; External factors This is when you should think critically about competitive, geographical or economical factors. Secondly; Internal factors This is when you should reflect on what are the capabilities of your team? Once you have diagnosed the challenges, then you can establish your approach. The HOW you are going to overcome the challenges you listed.  From there, it's all about Action. 🎬 As you can see, there are clear differences between Goals and Strategy.  By understanding these differences you can seperate yourself by applying a system where you establish: SMART goals and a STRATEGY to achieve them.  That right there is part of the formula to reaching Peak Performance! #sales #coaching #goals #strategy #business #peakperformance
