𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭? No, not exactly. I was in London yesterday, Kelly, Charlie, and I hosted our Regional Talent Forum with our South East leadership team, discussing: 📈 External market data, hiring trends, market churn rates, and particular pinch points for skills in certain locations and experience levels. 😍 Insights into the performance of our new starters and the variance between seniority levels. 🐣 Analysis on maternity leave, sparking a conversation about how we can be even better at supporting parents before they leave, and when they return. 🎓 All things early talent and opportunities to train our colleagues. 👋 Our analysis of colleagues who have left us (sad face) and how we can ensure we're retaining the best Lawyers in the region. 😍 How we continue to attract, retain, and develop the best Senior Lawyers, and progress them into leadership positions when they’re ready. Top tip – your colleagues have all the answers when it comes to employer branding, you just need to ask the right questions. Thanks to all who attended, such a great day! Jemma, Emma, Sebastian, Rachel, Phoebe.
