Leadership thought of the day: younger generations are opting more frequently to disengage from the market entirely. Having the recruitment experiences that everyone seems to be experiencing will not convince this next generation of workers to engage with the employer. We need to make serious improvements in the people aspect when hiring and we need to work harder to connect with them and convince them to reengage.
