🧪 All things Experimentation 🧪 Last night, I had the pleasure of attending an incredible event hosted by Mark Pybus and Creative CX for those in the world of experimentation. 🚀 It was great hearing from some of the best in the industry. 🎤 It was great hearing from some of the best in the industry: Stewart Ehoff from RS shared the concept of XOS (Experimentation Operating System): how using research-backed data points can drive actionable testing. One major takeaway? Even inconclusive test results are a win—they tell you what NOT to do for your next iteration!
