As 2024 wraps up, I’ve been reflecting on what’s been one of the most exhausting—and rewarding—years yet. From back-to-back meetings, coaching calls, and cross-country flights to precious time with family and friends, this year was a full-on sprint. But wow, was it worth it. We landed deals we once thought were out of reach, experimented like mad scientists (in the best way), and collected invaluable feedback that’ll guide us forward. What I’m most proud of is... my incredible team. Watching them take ownership, level up our processes, and raise the standard across the board has been nothing short of inspiring. To my family: thank you for keeping me grounded and for being the light in my life when chaos reigns. To my network: thank you for the connections, conversations, and relationships that have made this year far richer than any deal or project ever could.
