In just a few short years, she’s become an Orchard expert, transforming client accounts and injecting her contagious positivity into our day-to-day. ✨ Keeley: Keeley’s impact has been felt across the board. Here’s what they had to share about their journeys... What’s your favorite thing about being a part of Orchard? 💬 Jordan: "Am I allowed to be cheesy here and say the team? We've built a truly unique culture rooted in trust, accountability, and a 'fail fast' mindset where no idea is too bold, and no question—whether simple or unconventional—is ever dismissed. It's a place where I feel fully supported while also trusted to work independently and make decisions. Honestly, it’s the kind of culture you read about in those almost-too-good-to-be-true LinkedIn job postings that makes you roll your eyes (but this one is real, I promise!)." 💬 Keeley: "I love the collaborative environment that's been cultivated at Orchard during my tenure here. I get to meaningfully contribute to the organization and am constantly learning from & inspired by the leaders across the team. The work is both challenging and fulfilling, and I'm grateful for the team that I get to work with through it all!" What’s most helped you in your career? 💬 Jordan: "I’m lucky to have managers I trust who genuinely want to see me succeed—not just in my role here, but in my career overall. Over the past few years, Rashed, our president, has served as an invaluable mentor. His guidance has transformed my work experience, making it feel less like a job and more like an engaging and fulfilling endeavor. He has paved a path for me to understand what a great manager looks like." What's your favorite hobby or way to recharge when you're not working? 💬 Keeley: "When it comes to the delights of daily life, I love to cook. I love to put together a warm, cozy meal - especially during the cold winter season in Chicago. My love for cooking also stretches to cooking for others, so it's not uncommon for me to host a group for game day, a dinner party or galantines day!"
