🤝 Back to basics on inclusion Before corporate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion targets were a thing, these concepts already had a meaning - they were just not as hip… Inclusion 😌 is particularly interesting and was the subject of a recent BCG Survey (October 2023). Four core sentiments emerged as the most important indicators of feelings of inclusion. 👉 Check out how these sensiments contribute to BCG’s BLISS index - which quantifies feelings of inclusion that matter to employee retention decisions.
