What a turnout at the THRIVE celebration event! 🎉 Last week, we celebrated the accomplishments of THRIVE participants who have acquired practical digital skills, improved their German language proficiency, and gained insights into the German work culture. It was heartwarming to see so many passionate individuals come together to support our THRIVE participants and the Kiron community. From engaging discussions to meaningful connections, the energy in the room was truly inspiring. A big thank you to all the employers, CSR specialists, HR experts and corporate professionals who joined us – your presence made a significant impact on our THRIVE participants. And to our incredible THRIVE participants, thank you for sharing your stories and showcasing your talents. Your resilience and determination are truly commendable! Facilitating career entry and talent development enhances workforce diversity and innovation potential. We should work together on developing more solutions foron creating such opportunities. 🔹 Despite high qualifications and intentions to work, refugee women in Germany face significant employment barriers. Initiatives like THRIVE are crucial in addressing this disparity. 🔹 The tech industry offers strategic inclusivity for workers with migration backgrounds, providing global recognition of experiences and accommodating various skill sets. 🔹 Networking is crucial for talent advancement, bridging gaps in employment opportunities and offering essential support for career growth.
