A few weeks ago, I wrote Mike, owner of Four Corners/Fire & Slice, an email. After moving to a new location and expanding their menu and hours, I had noticed some quality issues. I really meant well and wanted to make sure he was aware and see if there was a plan to improve.
He responded! We had a conversation over several days that led to this video allowing me to give Mike some recommendations to help the restaurant get back on top!

Every time a bell rings, a Brand character gets its wings 🔔
OLIPOP PBC has gifted us a new set of characters this holiday season, but they will need our help.
Vanessa, what?! It's an amazing campaign with a 4 ⭐ on its first go.
You are right. The work is amazing.
✨ The names! Oli and Pop, golly, that's cute.
✨ The heartwarming storytelling by CALLEN. The tension!
✨ The stop motion, just like Rudolph!
✨ That music by Pampalmoose dripping from the speakers!
✨ The color used in the film & packaging, wow!
Is that enough exclamation points? Ok, why do they need our help?
❄ We need to champion a Brand's use of a fluent device. We need to send all of the courage we can muster Olipop's way to keep these characters for years to come. A branded character can be twice as effective as a celebrity if you give it time. Fluent devices do not reach their true potential until years 3 or 4.
