Google now has product variant structured data support. Previously, it was only schema on product level, now they go one step deeper and you can have dedicated markups for your variants. New validations for variants have been added to the Product snippets and Merchant listings reports in Search Console and Rich Results Test as well. If you run an eCom site with products of different sizes / colors / variation, make sure to change your schema markup. Your rich results test should look like this afterwards.

If you ever thought you couldn't test value-based bidding on Google due to low conversion volume, you might want to reconsider. One of our clients faces low conversion volume due to the nature of their business, making VBB a real challenge. Last year, my incredibly talented colleague Justin Lincoln did a major campaign consolidation and found success with Maximize Conversions. Despite not hitting Google’s recommended conversion volume for tROAS (15 conv. over 30 days), the team decided to test it anyway—and the results were mind-blowing. 💡 The tROAS variant spent 50% less than the Max Conv. control campaign and still delivered a 1,824% increase in Conversion Value. Lesson learned: Don’t sleep on tROAS, even if your conversion volume is limited. It’s definitely worth testing! 🚀
