𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐂𝐮𝐛𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦𝐬 When I took on the role of HRBP at a school, I thought, “How different can it be from corporate HR?” School HR isn’t about hitting KPIs or driving quarterly numbers. It’s about real impact—supporting teachers and principals as they shape the next generation, navigating emotional dynamics and ensuring student safety and ethical practices. In corporate HR, we are all about metrics and business goals. In schools, it’s a whole new game. Your journey from corporate HR to school HR is truly inspiring and showcases the versatility of HR professionals in shaping diverse environments. Transitioning from KPIs and metrics to supporting educators in molding future generations is a remarkable shift. It highlights how HR can adapt to different contexts while remaining transformational. By focusing on emotional dynamics, ethical practices, and safety in schools, you've embraced a role that goes beyond numbers to create lasting impact. It's a testament to HR's core mission: fostering environments where individuals—whether employees, teachers, or students—can thrive. Your story also bridges the gap between corporate precision and the empathy-driven culture of educational institutions. This unique perspective enriches the profession and sets a powerful example for others considering similar transitions. #HRImpact #FromCorporateToEducation #PeopleFirst #HRVersatility
