🌐 Championing Women in Cybersecurity: The Leaders reshaping our digital world While women now make up about 25% of the cybersecurity field, they often face lower pay and fewer advancement opportunities. This gender disparity is especially challenging as cyber threats surge globally. Women like Sarah Armstrong-Smith (Chief Security Advisor, Microsoft) and Wendy Thomas (CEO, Secureworks) are not only excelling in cybersecurity but transforming it. Sarah's work focuses on guiding organizations in building resilient security frameworks, while Wendy’s customer-centric approach has strengthened Secureworks' industry leadership. Championing inclusivity, Jessica Barker (Co-Founder, Cygenta) has pioneered a people-centered approach to cybersecurity, emphasizing that understanding human behavior is key to robust defense. More women in cybersecurity can drive innovation, diversity of thought, and stronger resilience. 🌍 Read more on why women matter in cybersecurity and meet the leaders advancing the field here 👉https://lnkd.in/dSCVvXav #SheCyber #CybersecurityChampions #WomenInCyber #ResilienceInTech #InclusionMatters #WomenWhoLead
