Rowing Coach’s key is a priority when coaching rowing is to maximise the speed and accuracy of both individual rowers and the team as a whole to prope and the boat through the water as quickly and efficiently as possible to win races. Key training goal is the improvement of the rower’s stroke technique as they use the oars to propel the boat through the water. Good coach uses exercises which isolate each part of the “stroke cycle” and demonstrates variations within that cycle that maximise a rower’s speed and power. #health

Rowing Changed My Life Here’s a short video on how to row effectively. Rowing has been a game-changer for me, especially after tearing my ACL three times. I needed a low-impact option that could enhance my cardio and build strength simultaneously. Rowing fit that need perfectly, offering a joint-friendly alternative to running. In my opinion, it’s one of the most efficient machines available—it combines cardio and strength-building while being engaging, competitive, and easy to track progress. Hit a row.
