Remember, attention to detail and understanding payment regulations are crucial for success in this role. Expected experience for this role is 4+ years. We will prioritise candidates with notice period of < 30 days. Position 2: Lead, Compliance Transaction monitoring Expected experience is 6+ years in a cross border payments/ fintech company. Candidate shoukd have knowledge of handling compliance related to on-boarding fintech companies & crypto flows. As a Compliance Transaction Monitoring Lead at Tazapay, your role would involve overseeing transaction monitoring processes to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. Here are some key responsibilities: Monitoring: You’ll supervise transaction monitoring activities, ensuring timely reviews of transactions for suspicious or unusual activity. Gap Closure: Execute follow-up activities for new or changing regulation gap closure, health authority observation commitments, internal audits, supplier audits, and computerized system periodic reviews, including verification of remediation commitments and documentation of results. Risk Management: Identify and escalate any identified risks related to transaction monitoring. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and operations.
