County Councillors Douglas Dew and Alex Bulat, visited The Commemoration Hall in Huntingdon last Friday, where their Christmas production was in full swing. https://lnkd.in/ePvkgMSs Summer Pests ☀️ As the temperatures increase during the summer months, we Central Pest Control have recieved more calls as DIY experts have failed - for example stings, bites and damage using products without the proper protective PPE clothing. ● Wasps - a very aggressive insect, not to be taken lightly as the season normally starts May - November. ● Bedbugs - most of the calls are domestic and apartment blocks as the hospitality sectors all need pest prevention. ● Cockroaches also on the rise in apartment complexes and retail food outlets in Dublin. ● Ants are now starting to fly as part of their mating season. Ants have been working away in building their nests since March, only a couple of weeks left in the Ant season. These bottling entities are already funded by their governments where they farm elsewhere. Commercial bottlers already exist in Nova Scotia today, we aren't opposing that, what we oppose is them being subsidized for an assembly line with little to no job creation. It's hard to wrap one's brain around just how vulnerable the U.S. is, particularly in the West as we push deeper into wildfire season. According to CoreLogic, more than 2.6 million homes in 14 states, valued at $1.3 trillion, face moderate to very high wildfire risk this season. California, Colorado and Texas account for 70% of the risk. California tops the list with over 1.25 million homes at risk, while Los Angeles leads with the highest number of vulnerable homes.
