However, precious metals used in glass furnaces fall under Scope 3. ➡️ By developing innovative DPH materials, Heraeus Precious Metals contributes significantly to decreasing the carbon footprint of glass tools by making them more durable, resulting in less precious metal needed. ➡️ DPH Strong and DPH Flex are advanced precious metal alloys specifically tailored to meet the demanding requirements of glass tools, enhancing the sustainability and efficiency of production processes in the glass industry.
