If you are expecting an influx of donations at the end of the calendar year, make sure you have systems in place to record all those gifts, even if in a spreadsheet. Find a way to note the method by which the donor was asked to give (personal conversation, email appeal, letter, etc.) so you can understand next year how to fundraise even better.
