Today’s the day we get to hear the proposals that the finalists in our NIWC Atlantic NavalX Palmetto Tech Bridge PEO MLB Marine Corps Logistics Integrated Information Solutions’ (LI2S-MC) Artifical Intelligence (AI Portfolio Optimization) Prize Challenge. The proposals are being presented as part of the Charleston Defense Contractors Association Eastern Defense Summit Pitch Jam! We asked industry to develop a proposal that leverages existing naval AI tools within the DoD Architecture Framework artifacts in Cameo Integrated Modeling Environment that can be used to inform portfolio optimization, modernization and investment decisions to guide Navy/Marine Corps sustainment decisions. We can’t wait to hear the innovative proposals that they have put together. The LI2S-MC prize challenge Pitch Jam presentations begin at 10 a.m. this morning. The winner of the $50,000 prize challenge will be announced at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 12.
